When residents sign leases with BB Living, they are not renting apartment units—they are renting single-family homes. Our residents treat their properties like they own them, lowering maintenance costs, and they stay in place for over 15% longer than tenants of typical garden-style apartments, reducing frictional vacancy. These benefits lead to low expense ratios, strong occupancy, and reduced marketing costs.

BB Living’s communities consist of single-family homes. As a result, we can sell our multifamily communities in bulk—as a single asset, based on a capitalization rate—or as individual homes to end users. BB Living will make this decision in response to rental and sales trends in the market.
